Syneria has supported French wind farm developer/operator Neoen during the Take-Over process of Les Hauts Chemins wind farm. The project is located in les Vosges region and consists of 6 Nordex N117 2.4MW Wind Turbine Generators WTGs.
Although it was commissioned in July 2019, Syneria’s involvement started back in April 2019, with the quality inspection of blade sets at delivery on site. Both internal and external inspections were carried out along with resistance measurements of the lightning protection system. Blades were duly repaired by Nordex before lifting.
Once Tests on Completion were completed, Syneria came back in August to perform a thorough visual inspection of the WTGs and prepare an independent snag list which was later attached to the Take Over Certificate. SCADA data were also analysed to spot potential power curve issues and ensure compliance with Test on Completion contractual criteria.
