Syneria was delighted to advise BPCE Energeco for the financing of Piroy wind farm. The project was developed by Calycé Développement and will be built in the Grand Est Region. The Eole de Piroy wind farm consists of 3 Siemens Gamesa SG132 3.4MW and is located in Osne-le-Val and Montreuil-sur-Thonnance.
Syneria’s scope of work included technical review of energy yield assessment, permitting, grid connection, tariff, design, structural and climatic suitability, construction and operation contracts, construction program, power purchase agreement and financial model inputs. The construction of the project has already started and will go on until Q2 2020. Syneria will also perform drawdown reporting and construction monitoring, and will inspect the wind turbines before final acceptance.
