Syneria has recently opened an office in Warsaw to support its customers in the booming PV and wind markets in Poland. The recent auction for project above 1MW has been a success for the wind sector with 31 projects selected at an average bid price level lower than in Germany and France, where similar tenders recently took place. The last auction for project below 1MW was also encouraging for PV with 554 projects selected with average bid price around 82€/MWh in 2018 and more projects to be tendered in 2019.
Pierre-François Drouin, senior consultant and one of the founders at Syneria says “ There will be a lot of renewable energy projects to finance and build in the next few years in Poland.
